About Assure
Assure is a Houston-based AI and workflow solutions company founded by Brian Spector and Rakhee Das.
We help operating companies improve work that crosses systems, spreadsheets, documents, field data and people. Our role is to understand the business problem, redesign the workflow where needed, and deliver the smallest practical solution inside the client’s existing environment whenever possible.
Most Assure builds are fixed-price 4 – 6 week sprints with the deliverables, success criteria and acceptance process agreed before work begins.
Our operating principle: Keep the systems. Redesign the work between them.
Why Assure
Most consulting firms sell strategy decks. Most software vendors sell their product. Assure's only interest is the shortest path from your current workflow to a working, measurable improvement built inside the tools your team already uses and owns.
We don't have a platform to sell you. We don't have a methodology to license. We show up, understand the work, and build the fix.

CEO
Brian Spector
Brian Spector is Co-Founder and CEO of Assure. He brings more than 25 years of experience across energy, trading, finance, operations and technology. Before Assure, Brian held leadership roles at BP, Harris County and Sirius Solutions, where his work included operational improvement, procurement, accounts payable, contracting and technology-enabled process redesign. He also teaches at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.

Rakhee Das
​Rakhee Das is Co-Founder and Chief Solutions and Delivery Officer of Assure. She leads solution design, delivery and technology direction across Assure projects. Her career spans technology, strategy, innovation and global delivery, including leadership roles at Invesco and Sirius Solutions and earlier work in software and chip design. Rakhee focuses on translating operating problems into practical technology solutions that can be implemented and adopted.
